These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lucky14-ai.co.uk and any services provided by Lucky14 AI ("we", "us", "our"). Lucky14 AI is a trading name of Lucky14, based in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Lucky14 AI provides AI integration consultancy, workflow automation, AI tool implementation, training and related services to businesses in Bedford and the wider Bedfordshire area. Services include:

  • Workflow automation design and implementation

  • Staff training and workshops
  • Ongoing AI support and consultancy

The exact scope of any paid engagement will be agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. The free AI audit

Our free AI audit is a no-obligation discovery consultation. It consists of an initial conversation — by phone, video call or in person — to understand your business and identify where AI tools may add value.

  • The free audit carries no commitment to purchase any further services
  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule audit requests at our discretion
  • Any written output from the free audit remains the property of Lucky14 AI until a paid engagement begins
  • We may follow up after your audit — you are free to decline further contact at any time

4. Engaging our paid services

All paid work begins only once both parties have agreed in writing to a scope of work, timeline and fee, typically via a proposal or statement of work confirmed by email.

  • No paid work will commence without written agreement from both parties
  • Verbal agreements are not binding — everything is confirmed in writing
  • We may require a deposit before work begins, as stated in your proposal
  • Changes to agreed scope must be agreed in writing and may affect cost and timeline

5. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
  • We accept payment by bank transfer — details will be included on your invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on overdue accounts
  • Deposits paid are non-refundable unless we cancel the engagement

If you are experiencing payment difficulties, please contact us as early as possible.

6. Your responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
  • Make relevant team members, systems and data available to us as reasonably required
  • Review and provide feedback on our work within agreed timeframes
  • Obtain any necessary permissions or licences for software, content or data you provide to us
  • Ensure any information you share with us does not infringe third-party rights
  • Not use any AI tools or outputs we provide for unlawful purposes

Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may affect delivery timelines and additional costs may apply.

7. Intellectual property

  • Your content — any content, data or materials you provide to us remain your property at all times
  • Our methodologies — our processes, frameworks and general approaches remain the intellectual property of Lucky14 AI
  • Deliverables — upon receipt of full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to you
  • AI-generated content — the legal position on AI-generated content ownership is evolving; we will advise you on this as it applies to your specific project

We may reference our work with you as a case study using only anonymised information, unless you ask us not to.

8. AI tools and third-party services

Our work involves third-party AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make and others. You acknowledge that:

  • Third-party AI tools have their own terms of service and privacy policies which apply independently
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party tools, pricing or availability
  • Any accounts created with third-party services are subject to those providers' terms
  • We will discuss data handling implications of any AI tool before implementation

We are not tied to any specific platform and will always recommend what is genuinely best for your business.

9. Confidentiality

  • We will not disclose confidential business information to third parties without your consent
  • We will use your information only for the purpose of delivering agreed services
  • We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any engagement if required
  • These obligations survive the end of our working relationship

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business or data arising from the use of our services or any AI tools we recommend
  • Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — AI tools are powerful but results depend on many factors outside our control
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud

We carry professional indemnity insurance. Details are available on request.

11. Termination

  • Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice
  • You will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
  • Any non-refundable deposits are retained by us
  • We will hand over any completed work product you have paid for in full
  • We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We always prefer to resolve disputes informally — please contact us before taking any formal action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
